What's in your account
The menu labels may differ slightly between the website and the app, but the sections are the same.

Bet history
Every sports bet and its status: open, won, lost or returned.
Transaction history
Every deposit and withdrawal with its date, amount, method and status.
Security
Password changes and sign-in protection.
Responsible gambling
Limits and breaks that help keep betting under control.

Balance types
Your main balance is real money. You can bet with it and withdraw it. If you take a promotion, bonus funds may be held separately until the wagering requirement is met. Bonus money can't be withdrawn until then. The cashier shows how much of your balance can be withdrawn right now.
How bonus balances convert is explained in the Melbet bonus guide.
Keep your details current
If you change your phone number or email, update it in your profile straight away. Password resets and security codes are sent to those details, so an old number can lock you out. Your name and date of birth usually can't be changed yourself once verified. If they were entered wrongly, contact support with your ID.
